After bankruptcy: People in Virginia find relief and happiness

Do you need a new opportunity in life? How about a clear field for future effort? Do you want to get rid of the pressure and discouragement of past debt?

The Supreme Court says the purpose of bankruptcy is to help you.

The Supreme Court says that’s the purpose of the bankruptcy laws.  And that’s what people who file bankruptcy in Virginia say they find.

I’m Northern Virginia lawyer Robert Weed.  I talk to people every day who have the wrong idea about bankruptcy laws.

Some people here in Virginia have heard the bankruptcy laws are punishment for not being able to pay your debts. That’s completely wrong.

The purpose of the bankruptcy laws is to help you.

And giving you that fresh start is not just for you and your family–it’s in the public interest. U.S. Supreme Court has been saying that for almost a hundred years, all the way back to 1915.

Have you heard something different? Is it from people who know?

We took a survey of people who do know. They are people in Northern Virginia who filed under the bankruptcy laws two or three years ago, using the Law Office of Robert Weed.

So, we asked them. How had bankruptcy worked out?

People said they slept better now. They rebuilt their credit. They started saving. They had peace of mind.

The phone calls stopped. The stress went away. One woman said she had become an all around nicer person.

An almost unanimous 97.8% said they were glad they selected the Law Office of Robert Weed.

The biggest regret people said was that they should have talked to a bankruptcy lawyer sooner.

Here are some typical comments.

“I’m no longer stressed out all the time, I can sleep at night, and I’m just happier in general.” –Allana, Survey No. 162.

“We were very scared, but we decided to go forwards with our decision, and we are so glad that we did; now we can sleep well like normal people.” –Darren & Naemi, Survey No. 147.

“Best move I could have made! Mr Weed and his staff explained the procedures and consequences clearly and guided me through the complexities of the law. I reestablished “A” credit in time, and felt good about myself again.” — Jessie, Survey No. 171.

So, do you want to know if you are eligible for that new opportunity in life.  Do you want relief from stress?  And a chance to be happier in general?
